✨ Rooted in Prosperity Shows Up in Two Ways ✨Â
Rooted in Prosperity has two parts: Rooted in Prosperity Wellness Services and Rooted in Prosperity Alliance. They serve different needs, but both come from the same belief that people deserve support that feels real, welcoming, and personal.
Rooted in Prosperity Wellness Services is our private practice. This is where we provide individual therapy for adults and supervision for Ohio social workers working toward independent licensure. Therapy is relaxed and conversational, giving you space to talk, process what’s happening, and build practical skills that make sense for your life. Supervision offers that same real and supportive energy while helping social workers grow their skills and confidence.
Rooted in Prosperity Alliance is our nonprofit. This is where we take support beyond the therapy room and into the community through mental wellness education, workshops, supportive groups, essential-item drives, and seasonal outreach. We also partner with schools, churches, housing organizations, and other community programs to connect with people where they are.
At the end of the day, both sides exist for the same reason: to make support feel more accessible, meaningful, and human.
🌱 Clinical Supervision at Rooted in Prosperity Wellness Services
Let’s be real— sometimes it can feel like grad school did not prepare us for half of what happens in the field.
Supervision should be a place where you can bring the case that has you stuck, the question you feel like you “should” already know, or the situation that made you wonder, okay…what do I do now?
My supervision style is laid back, conversational, honest, and focused on real-life social work. We’ll talk through actual cases, ethical gray areas, documentation, boundaries, burnout, confidence, career goals, and whatever else is showing up in your work. You don’t have to sound polished or pretend you have everything figured out—we’re here to learn and work through it together.
Supervision is available for Ohio social workers working toward independent licensure. Sessions are held weekly for one hour, with virtual and in-person options available.
The fee is $40 per one-hour session because I believe supervision should be both affordable and useful. No fluff and no checking a box just to say it’s done—this is space to ask real questions, strengthen your skills, and become more confident in your work. ✨
🌱 Individual Therapy at Rooted in Prosperity Wellness Services
Let’s be real—sometimes life is just a lot. You may not need more advice or a five-step plan. You may just need somewhere to say the things you’ve been holding in, sort through your thoughts, and breathe for a minute.
That’s what therapy with me looks like. Some days, you may need to vent. Other days, we may talk about patterns, relationships, boundaries, life changes, or a decision you’ve been going back and forth about. And some days? It may be a little bit of everything.
There’s no pressure to show up with the perfect words or know exactly what you want to work on. Come as you are, and we’ll start with whatever feels most important that day.
Sessions typically last 30–50 minutes, depending on the appointment type and your insurance coverage. Sessions are based on your needs, goals, and availability.
Walk & Talk Therapy
If sitting in an office and talking face-to-face doesn’t feel like your thing, we can take the session outside. Walk & Talk Therapy lets you move, get some fresh air, and talk at a comfortable pace—because sometimes it’s easier to open up when you’re not sitting still.
Why people love it:
Walking helps your nervous system chill out
Nature + movement can boost mode and focus
Side by side talking feels more natural for a lot of people
It's grounding (literally)
The important stuff:
Outdoors sessions depend on weather, privacy, and safety. Before we do Walk & Talk, you'll sign a consent/ liability form, so everything is cleared and understood. If you're curious, just ask-- we'll see if it fits your goals and comfort level.Â

Let’s be real—mental wellness doesn’t only happen in a therapy room. Sometimes it looks like a workshop that gives you something practical to take home. Sometimes it’s a panel where people finally say the things everyone has been thinking. And sometimes it’s simply bringing people together for a real conversation.
We offer panels, trainings, workshops, and community events centered on topics such as relationships, communication, healthy boundaries, stress, and everyday mental wellness. Our goal is to keep things engaging, relatable, and useful—because nobody wants to sit through another presentation that sounds good but doesn’t help in real life.
We also love partnering with businesses, schools, churches, housing organizations, and community groups. We don’t just come in and talk at people. We create space for people to join the conversation, ask questions, and leave with something they can actually use.
✨ Planning an event or looking for a speaker? Reach out and tell us what you have in mind. Fees vary based on the event, and we’ll send you an information packet with the details.
Support isn’t always a conversation. Sometimes it looks like toiletries, household supplies, school items, or a little extra help during the holidays.
Through our Essential & Care Item initiatives, we provide practical support to individuals and families navigating financial stress or a difficult season. It’s one more way we show up for our community—by paying attention to what people need and helping where we can.
